External Rotation With Cable

Instructions
- Attach a handle to a chest-high cable machine.
- Stand with the machine on your right, hold the handle with your left hand, elbow at 90 degrees.
- Keeping your elbow stationary, rotate your forearm out to the left.
- Return to start position and repeat for desired reps.
- Switch sides and repeat.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, compromising form.
- Allowing the elbow to drift away from the body.
- Not keeping the wrist straight.
