Exercise Ball Crunch
A core strengthening exercise using an exercise ball.
Instructions
- Sit on the exercise ball and walk your feet forward until your lower back is supported by the ball.
- Place your hands behind your head or across your chest.
- Engage your core and lift your upper body towards your hips.
- Lower your upper body back down to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Lifting with the neck instead of the core.
- Going too fast and using momentum.
- Not keeping feet flat and stable.
