Elbow To Knee

Instructions
- Lie on your back with your hands placed lightly behind your head.
- Lift your legs off the ground, bending them at the knees.
- Simultaneously bring your right elbow and left knee together while extending the other leg.
- Pause and then switch sides, bringing your left elbow to your right knee.
- Continue alternating sides in a controlled motion.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not fully engaging the core muscles.
- Pulling the neck forward instead of guiding the movement with the torso.
- Allowing the elbows to flare out excessively.
- Moving too quickly, using momentum rather than muscle control.
- Not breathing properly throughout the exercise.
