Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend arms straight forward with palms facing inward.
- Gently arch your back and lift your arms overhead, keeping your head aligned with your arms.
- Hold for a moment, then return to starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
