Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height with your elbows slightly bent.
- Keep your core tight and avoid swinging the weights.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the start position.
