Dumbbell One Arm Upright Row

Instructions
- Stand upright while holding a dumbbell in one hand with an overhand grip.
- Keep the dumbbell close to your body and lift it towards your shoulder.
- Keep your elbow higher than your forearm during the lift.
- Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the start position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight which causes the body to sway or jerk during the move.
- Leading with the hand instead of the elbow.
- Raising the shoulder instead of lifting the weight.
