Dumbbell One Arm Shoulder Press

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding a dumbbell in one hand at shoulder height.
- Engage your core and straighten your back.
- Press the dumbbell upward until your arm is fully extended overhead.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell back to shoulder height.

- Arching the back excessively during the press.
- Failing to fully extend the arm overhead.
- Using momentum instead of controlled movements.
- Holding breath during the exercise.
