Dumbbell Lying Supination

Instructions
- Lie down on your back on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Hold the dumbbells with your arms fully extended and palms facing each other.
- Rotate your wrists to turn your palms towards your body during the lift.
- Return slowly to the starting position with controlled movement.
