Dumbbell Lying Rear Lateral Raise

Instructions
- Lie face down on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Extend your arms out to your sides, parallel to the floor, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Raise your arms up until they are in line with your back.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.

- Using too much weight, which can lead to swinging instead of controlled lifts.
- Not maintaining a flat back, leading to poor form.
- Flaring elbows too far forward.
