Perform a lateral raise lying on your side, targeting the rear deltoids.
Instructions
- Lie on your side on a bench with your knees bent and feet firmly on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand, keeping your upper arm aligned with your body.
- Raise the dumbbell outward and upward, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Pause at the top of the movement before slowly lowering it back to the start position.
