Dumbbell Incline Shoulder Raise
An exercise performed using dumbbells while lying on an incline bench to target the shoulders.
Instructions
- Sit on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Keep your feet flat on the floor and back flat against the bench.
- Raise each dumbbell directly above your shoulders, palms facing forward.
- Lower the dumbbells slowly back to the starting position.
- Keep your movements controlled throughout the exercise.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, leading to improper form.
- Not keeping the back flat against the bench.
- Letting the elbows flare out excessively.
