Dumbbell Flyes

Instructions
- Lie down on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Hold the dumbbells above your chest with a slight bend in your elbows.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells to your sides, keeping the bend in your elbows.
- Bring the dumbbells back together above your chest with the same elbow bend.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Locking the elbows.
- Using too much weight.
