Dumbbell Bench Press

Instructions
- Lie down on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Hold the dumbbells above your chest with arms outstretched.
- Lower the dumbbells to the sides of your chest.
- Press the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Lifting too much weight, compromising form.
- Not controlling the dumbbell descent.
- Flaring elbows out excessively.
