Drop Push
A variation of the push-up that involves controlled dropping movements.
Instructions
- Start in a standard push-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body to the floor, then drop down onto your chest.
- Push back up explosively to return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not maintaining a straight line from head to heels.
- Dropping too fast without control.
- Not using enough explosive force on the way up.
