Dip Machine

Instructions
- Start by adjusting the seat and weight on the dip machine.
- Sit comfortably on the seat with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
- Grasp the handles firmly, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Push down on the handles until your arms are fully extended.
- Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight and letting form suffer.
- Flaring elbows outwards instead of keeping them close to the body.
- Not fully extending the arms at the bottom of the movement.
- Using momentum instead of controlled motion.
