Decline Oblique Crunch
A variation of the crunch targeting the oblique muscles on a decline bench.
Instructions
- Lie down on a decline bench with feet secured.
- Place hands behind your head or across your chest.
- Curl up towards one side of your torso, engaging obliques.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not fully engaging the oblique muscles.
- Using momentum instead of controlled motion.
- Straining the neck by pulling on it with hands.
