Decline Dumbbell Bench Press

Instructions
- Set the bench to a decline position.
- Lie down with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended above your chest.
- Lower the dumbbells slowly out to the sides, elbows slightly bent.
- Push the dumbbells back to starting position.
