Decline Barbell Bench Press
Instructions
- Adjust the bench to a decline position and lie down with your feet secured at the end.
- Position the bar over your eyes and grasp it with a medium width grip.
- Unrack the bar and bring it down to the lower part of your chest.
- Pause briefly, then press the bar back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bouncing the bar off the chest.
- Not using a full range of motion.
- Lifting the hips off the bench.
