Dead Bug

Instructions
- Lie on your back with your arms extended towards the ceiling.
- Raise your knees so they are bent at 90 degrees.
- Simultaneously lower right arm and left leg until they are just above the floor.
- Return to start and repeat with left arm and right leg.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Arching the back during the movement.
- Moving the limbs too fast and losing control.
- Not extending the limbs fully.
