Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a pair of dumbbells with an overhand grip.
- Perform a shoulder press, stopping at approximately ear level.
- Rotate the arms externally until the dumbbells are directly overhead.
- Return to the starting position by reversing the motion.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Raising the dumbbells too high during the initial press.
- Not maintaining proper form with back straight and core engaged.
- Using too heavy of a weight, compromising technique.
