Crunch Legs On Exercise Ball
A variation of the crunch exercise performed with legs on an exercise ball.
Instructions
- Lie on your back and place your legs on top of an exercise ball, knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Cross your arms over your chest or place them behind your head.
- Engage your core and lift your shoulders off the floor towards your knees by curling your torso.
- Pause for a moment at the top of the movement, then slowly lower back down.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using the neck instead of the core to lift the body.
- Placing too much weight on the lower back.
- Not engaging the core muscles properly.
