A core strengthening exercise involving a curling motion while lying down.
Instructions
- Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
- Simultaneously curl your knees towards your chest while lifting your head and shoulders off the floor, bringing your arms forward to meet your knees.
- Pause briefly at the tightest position, then slowly return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not engaging core properly, leading to strain in the neck.
- Performing the motion too quickly, reducing effectiveness.
