Close Grip Front Lat Pulldown

Instructions
- Sit down at a lat pulldown machine and adjust the knee pad to fit snug against your thighs.
- Grasp the bar with a close grip, palms facing your body.
- Lean back slightly while keeping your chest up.
- Pull the bar down to your upper chest by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Leaning too far back instead of slightly tilting.
- Using momentum by swinging the body instead of isolated arm motion.
- Not fully extending the arms on return.
