Close Grip Ez Bar Curl With Band

Instructions
- Choose the appropriate resistance band and attach it securely to the EZ bar.
- Grip the EZ bar with both hands, using a close grip (inside the inner curves of the EZ bar).
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your core engaged.
- Begin the curl with your arms extended, then flex your elbows to lift the bar towards your shoulders.
- Pause at the top of the movement and squeeze your biceps.
- Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight and compromising form.
- Not keeping the elbows close to the body.
- Swinging the body to aid the curl.
- Neglecting to control the resistance during descent.
