Close Grip Ez Bar Curl
A specific variation of the bicep curl using a close grip on an EZ curl bar to target the biceps.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the EZ bar with a close grip.
- Keep elbows close to your torso and curl the bar while contracting the biceps.
- Continue lifting until your biceps are fully contracted.
- Pause, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum to curl the bar instead of the biceps.
- Allowing elbows to flare out during the curl.
- Not fully extending arms at the bottom of the movement.
