Clean Shrug
A compound exercise targeting the shoulders and upper back.
Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the barbell just above your knees.
- Pull the barbell upwards towards your chin while shrugging your shoulders.
- Lower the barbell back to starting position, keeping the motion controlled.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, causing poor form.
- Not shrugging shoulders properly.
- Leaning too far backwards or forwards.
