Chin To Chest Stretch
A stretch exercise to release tension in the neck and upper back.
Instructions
- Sit or stand in a comfortable position.
- Gently lower your chin towards your chest.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
- Relax and return to starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Forcing the neck too much when lowering the chin.
- Arching the back instead of keeping it straight.
- Holding the breath while stretching.
