Chest Stretch On Stability Ball
A stretch exercise to improve flexibility and range of motion in the chest muscles.
Instructions
- Sit on a stability ball with your feet flat on the floor.
- Slowly walk your feet forward, allowing the ball to roll under your back until your head and neck are supported by the ball.
- Extend your arms out to the sides, letting them relax and stretch.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the hips lifted, which causes improper alignment.
- Bending the elbows, which reduces the stretch.
- Not relaxing the shoulders, leading to tension.
