Chair Lower Back Stretch

Instructions
- Sit on the edge of a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Lean forward and let your hands dangle towards the floor.
- Relax your neck and let your head hang down.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
- Slowly return to a sitting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Overarching the back.
- Extending the neck upwards.
