Chair Leg Extended Stretch

Instructions
- Sit on the edge of a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Extend one leg out in front of you with your heel on the ground.
- Engage your core and gently lean forward from your hips, reaching toward your toes.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch legs.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Failing to keep the spine straight while leaning forward.
- Bouncing or forcing the stretch instead of a steady hold.
- Not keeping the extended leg straight.
