Instructions
- Begin by attaching chains to either side of a barbell.
- Assume a standard bench press position on the bench.
- Grip the barbell firmly, ensuring your hands are evenly spaced.
- Unrack the barbell with the chains hanging freely.
- Lower the barbell slowly towards the chest, controlling the chains' movement.
- Press back up to the starting position, maintaining a steady pace.

- Letting the chains swing excessively, losing control.
- Arching the back excessively to press the bar, risking injury.
- Gripping the barbell unevenly causing imbalance.
