Instructions
- Sit on the ground with your knees bent.
- Lean back slightly, keeping your back straight.
- Hold your arms out in front of you, simulating holding a steering wheel.
- Twist your torso to the right, then to the left, as if you're turning a steering wheel.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back instead of keeping it straight.
- Using the arms instead of the torso to twist.
- Not engaging the core muscles.
