Calf Stretch Elbows Against Wall

Instructions
- Stand facing a wall with elbows against it.
- Extend one leg back, keeping it straight and heel on the ground.
- Lean forward slowly to stretch the calf muscle.
- Hold the position for 15-30 seconds.
- Repeat with the other leg.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Bending the back knee.
- Lifting the heel off the ground.
- Not holding the stretch long enough.
