Calf Press

Instructions
- Sit on the machine with your back supported and feet on the platform.
- Position balls of your feet on the platform with your heels extending off.
- Remove safeties if applicable and straighten your legs without locking knees.
- Press through the balls of your feet to lift the weight.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower back down to a stretch.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not using full range of motion.
- Allowing heels to drop excessively low.
- Locking knees during the exercise.
