Calf Machine Shoulder Shrug

Instructions
- Stand upright with your feet flat on the platform of a calf raise machine.
- Grip the handles or side supports for stability.
- With your arms fully extended, lift your shoulders as high as you can, shrugging them towards your ears.
- Pause at the top of the movement for a second.
- Lower your shoulders back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum by bouncing the shoulders instead of controlled movement.
- Not fully extending shoulders at the top of the movement.
- Leaning too far forward or backward.
