Cable Wrist Curl

Instructions
- Using a cable machine, attach a straight or easy curl bar on the low pulley.
- Sit on a bench or stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, facing the cable machine.
- Hold the bar with an underhand grip, wrists straight, and elbows close to your sides.
- Flex your wrists to curl the bar as high as you can, then slowly lower it back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight leading to excessive movement or incorrect form.
- Not keeping elbows close to the sides.
- Failing to control the movement on the way down.
