Cable Russian Twists

Instructions
- Secure a cable at chest height.
- Sit on the floor with legs extended and slightly bent.
- Hold the cable handle with both hands.
- Lean back slightly while keeping your back straight.
- Rotate your torso to one side, bringing the cable across your body.
- Return to the center and rotate to the opposite side.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not keeping the back straight during the movement.
- Using too much momentum to swing the cable.
- Not fully rotating the torso.
- Letting the elbows flare out excessively.
