Cable Rear Delt Fly
Exercise targeting the rear deltoids using a cable machine.
Instructions
- Stand in the center of a cable crossover machine.
- Set the cables to the highest setting and grab a handle in each hand.
- Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and bend your knees slightly.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, pull the cables across your body in a 'reverse' fly motion.
- Slowly return to the starting position keeping tension on the cables.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, leading to poor form.
- Not keeping elbows slightly bent.
- Allowing the cables to slack at the start or end of the motion.
