Cable Preacher Curl

Instructions
- Set up the preacher bench in front of a cable machine.
- Attach a straight or EZ-curl bar to the low pulley.
- Sit on the bench so your chest is against the pad.
- Grasp the bar with an underhand grip, shoulder-width apart.
- Curl the bar towards your shoulders by bending the elbows.
- Pause at the top, then slowly lower to the start position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using momentum instead of isolating the biceps.
- Lifting too heavy, compromising form.
- Not fully extending the arms at the bottom for a full stretch.
