Cable Lying Triceps Extension

Instructions
- Attach a straight bar to a low pulley and lie down on a bench positioned in front of the machine.
- Grip the bar with a pronated (overhand) grip, extend your arms straight up and align them perpendicular to your torso.
- Without moving your upper arms, flex your elbows to lower the bar towards your forehead.
- Pause and then extend your arms back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Letting elbows flare out.
- Moving upper arms back and forth instead of keeping them stationary.
- Using too much weight leading to improper form.
