Cable Iron Cross
An advanced cable exercise focusing on chest and shoulder development.
Instructions
- Adjust the cables to chest height.
- Stand in the center with a staggered stance, holding the handles with palms facing down.
- Extend your arms to the side until they are parallel with the ground.
- Pull the cables across your body in a downward arc until your hands meet in front of your hips.
- Slowly return to the start position with control.
