Cable Incline Pushdown

Instructions
- Adjust an incline bench to a 30-45 degree angle and place it in front of a cable machine.
- Attach a straight or angled bar to the high pulley and adjust the weight.
- Lie on the bench with your back fully supported and grip the bar with an overhand grip.
- Begin the movement by engaging your core and extending your arms downward, keeping elbows slightly bent.
- Push down until your arms are fully extended at your sides, squeezing your triceps at the bottom of the move.
- Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the weight as you bend your elbows.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight and compromising form.
- Allowing elbows to flare out too much.
- Not engaging the core during the movement.
