Cable Hip Adduction

Instructions
- Attach an ankle strap to a low pulley and secure it on your ankle.
- Stand away from the machine, holding onto something for support.
- With tension in the cable, move your leg inward across the front of your body.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, which can result in momentum assisting the exercise rather than muscle contraction.
- Not controlling the movement, leading to lack of muscle engagement.
- Improper alignment which may reduce effectiveness.
