Cable Hammer Curls Rope Attachment

Instructions
- Attach a rope attachment to a cable machine.
- Set the pulley to the lowest level and select your weight.
- Stand facing the machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the rope with a neutral grip, palms facing each other.
- Keep your elbows close to your torso and pull the rope towards your shoulders by flexing your biceps.
- Pause at the top of the contraction, then slowly lower the rope back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using too much weight, causing improper form.
- Allowing elbows to flare out.
- Swinging the body to lift the weight.
