Butt Lift (Bridge)
This exercise targets the glutes and is performed by raising the hips while lying on your back.
Instructions
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
- Place your arms at your sides with your palms down.
- Press your feet into the floor as you lift your hips toward the ceiling until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
- Pause at the top, then lower your hips back down to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Arching the back too much at the top position.
- Lifting the heels off the ground.
- Letting the knees cave inwards.
