Bradford/Rocky Presses
A challenging shoulder exercise that combines front and behind-the-neck barbell pressing.
Instructions
- Start with the barbell at shoulder level in front of your body.
- Press the barbell overhead, then lower it behind your head.
- Press the barbell back overhead, returning to the start position.
- Repeat for desired reps, maintaining controlled motion.

- Using too much weight, leading to poor form.
- Not maintaining a neutral spine position.
- Failing to control the barbell during transitions.
