A dynamic lower-body and cardiovascular exercise that involves jumping on and off a box.
Instructions
- Find a box or platform of a suitable height.
- Stand facing the box with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees slightly and engage your core.
- Jump onto the box, landing softly on the balls of your feet.
- Step or jump back down to the start position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not using arms for momentum.
- Landing heavily with locked knees.
- Not maintaining a slight bend in knees on landing.
- Looking down instead of straight ahead.
