Bodyweight Flyes
An exercise targeting the chest muscles using only body weight.
Instructions
- Lie down on the floor or a bench with your arms extended out to your sides.
- Bring your hands together above your chest, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
- Arching the back excessively during the exercise.
- Not fully extending the arms out to the sides.
