Bent Over Two Dumbbell Row
A compound exercise focusing on strengthening the middle back and biceps.
Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Bend your knees slightly and lean forward at your waist while keeping your back straight.
- Let the dumbbells hang in front of you with your arms extended.
- Pull the dumbbells towards your torso by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your body.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back instead of keeping it straight.
- Using the arms more than the upper back to pull the weight.
- Swinging the weights instead of using controlled motion.
