Bent Over One Arm Long Bar Row

Instructions
- Place a barbell in a landmine holder or secure one end in a corner.
- Load the free end with weight plates.
- Stand parallel to the bar and bend your knees slightly.
- Grip the bar with one hand, keeping your back straight and core braced.
- Pull the bar towards your hip, keeping your elbow close to your body.
- Lower the bar under control and repeat.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Rounding the back instead of keeping it straight.
- Jerking the bar up instead of lifting in a controlled manner.
- Allowing the shoulder to roll forward during the lift.
